  • 150 g Buttermilk mashed potato
  • 100 g Asparagus

  • White pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges
  • Buter
  • Wheat Flour

  • Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper, and half of the lemon juice for seasoning.
  • Cook the asparagus until tender, then mix it into the mashed potatoes. Make lemon butter with lemon juice and butter.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle with lemon butter.
